Fall Favorites // The Cape Coat

Emily in Paris was just picked up for a second season and I am celebrating by breaking out one of my favorite cold weather accessories: the cape.

You do NOT need to be a Parisian ingénue to pull of this look. It’s easy to wear and always gets so many compliments. There is a reason why this style has been around for centuries – it just makes sense!

This double breasted cape is a classic style and comes in both red and black. I have to say, the black is oh-so-chic but I just loved the red. It works well for both fall and winter. Can you imagine this with a pretty dress for Christmas?! So perfect!

Not to mention, from behind its giving me serious superhero vibes and after electing the very first female Vice President I AM HERE FOR IT. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

I am in the size Small and it fits great. I love the casual fall style with classic stripes and denim. As I mentioned above, this can be styled so many ways. Over a dress to be more formal, with white jeans, even over leggings. The piece itself is the show-stopper, so you can wear pretty much anything under it!
