You guys. This dress is $19. And that is not a typo – it’s actually $19. If I break down the reasons why I love it into a pie chart, the price would take the whole thing. But it really is sooooo adorable too! The $19 is just so surprising because it looks way more luxe! Check it out, as worn by me recently in NYC. Links to everything below photos.

The review:
I am wearing a size Small. The fabric is thin. Perhaps a little sheer, but with the busy print, it’s not really noticeable. For $19, this seems expected. But the detail on the gathered shoulders and arms is super fun and feels expensive. I’m all about the puffy sleeves this season! It’s short, but styled with booties or boots makes it totally acceptable for the cooler fall and winter temps. I went with a neutral boot, but a pair of on-trend white booties would look so fab with it as well! And then fun sandals in the spring! It has a high neckline, which is a nice balance to the shorter length. The self-tie belt is detachable, so you can decide if you want the bow in the back or the front. I tied mine in the back to keep the front streamlined. The classic toile print is so fun, giving me old-fashioned wallpaper vibes in the best way.
If you’re a fellow lover of all things blue and white, this dress is a no-brainer!
Happy shopping!
